Holistic Coaching

Life can feel overwhelming, especially in a culture that values busyness, independence, and certainty. It’s easy to lose touch with what’s happening inside us.

You may find yourself…
•    taking on more than you have energy or time for
•    being whoever others need you to be
•    muscling through to burnout
•    carrying a harsh inner voice that says you’re not enough
•    unsure of what you want
•    feeling disconnected from your body, your feelings, or your voice

Beneath it all, you might sense a longing to feel safe inside yourself, to let your truth be heard, to trust yourself, to be seen, or simply to belong.

How we can work together
I’d be honored to support you in loosening what feels stuck and building the self-awareness that makes change possible. As we explore what’s tucked beneath layers of protection and limiting beliefs, there’s more room for choice in how you relate, respond, and decide. Together we can soften old stories and barriers that keep you from yourself and from what’s actually happening.

We can draw on mindfulness, somatic awareness, guided visualization, expressive arts, writing, and nervous system regulation to reach the wisdom beneath the thinking mind. Sessions often include simple, practical tools for daily life.

Our work together can help you:
•    cultivate healthy boundaries
•    identify and communicate your needs with clarity and care
•    navigate the challenges of your relationships
•    understand what your inner critic is trying to protect
•    meet shame with understanding and compassion
•    move through creative blocks
•    take the next steps toward your dreams

If something here resonates or you have questions, I’d love to hear from you.

When I dare to be powerful — to use my strength in the service of my vision, then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid.  ~ Audre Lorde
