Immerse yourself in a transformative journey with Julia Cameron's celebrated book, The Artist’s Way. Whether you're revisiting this powerful process or diving in for the first time, this intensive course invites you to expand self-awareness and reclaim the creative principle in your life.

In today's increasingly complex world, exploring creative ways of being, responding, and connecting is essential. Cameron’s framework encourages us to identify and dismantle the barriers that hinder genuine self-expression. This course is a unique opportunity to listen deeply to what holds meaning in this season of your life and discover the unique ways you are called to create.

The dynamic energy of a group setting provides a space to be witnessed, share insights, receive support, and cultivate meaningful connections. Each session includes a mindfulness practice, personal check-ins, and group discussions that foster inspiration and accountability.

I’ve been happily blown away at Allison's facilitation skills and the connection with humans willing to go deep. Who do I think this is for?
>Anyone feeling stuck (creatively or in life).
>Anyone feeling themselves holding back – from what is unclear, or perhaps clear.
>Anyone swirling in people-pleasing and over-doing.
>Anyone desiring a change, or in the process.

The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron is inspired! It allows each person to listen to their own heart and empowers & inspires one to move into action. Allison was an epic guide for this interior adventure! She is compassionate, a deep listener, with astute questions that leave you feeling understood and beckoned into parts of yourself you didn't yet know were there. Doing the Artist's Way in a group setting was perfect to keep us all moving forward and continuing on the journey even when life got busy. I was inspired by my fellow group mates' humble examples of being brave, self-compassionate, and tenacious. Do this and be amazed by the way you can live the life you want, become a dear friend to yourself, and end up with a community of heart-friends along the way.
